Welcome to the Cove Oceanfront Campground!

Located directly on the beautiful Bay of Fundy in Nova Scotia, this is Nova Scotia's only Four Star oceanfront campground. Whether you travel with a tent, trailer, RV or Big Rig, this scenic location is enhanced by the wharf, fishing fleet and fresh seafood market next door - creating an an ideal spot for your camping vacation.

Guests of the Cove Oceanfront Campground enjoy more than one-quarter mile of unspoiled shoreline directly on the Bay of Fundy, as well as fresh salt air, spectacular sunsets and an idyllic marine environment.

The seaside settlement of Parker's Cove is a short drive (five miles/eight kilometers) outside the historic town of Annapolis Royal, and area activities include shops, galleries, restaurants, an 18 hole golf course, two National Historic sites and the award winning Historic Gardens. An easy drive brings guests to the Parks at Upper Clements, Digby, the St. John ferry to New Brunswick, Kejimkujik National Park and whale watching on the Bay of Fundy.      Campground rules View campground rules

The Cove Oceanfront Campground is situated directly on the Bay of Fundy overlooking the local fishing wharf and sheltered harbour of Parker's Cove, Nova Scotia.

From the North/East: (Amherst, Cape Breton, Pictou, Truro, Windsor, Halifax)
From north-eastern Nova Scotia, follow Highway Route 102 to Highway 101 toward the Annapolis Valley. Take Highway 101 West, follow to the Bridgetown exit (# 20). Turn right onto Route 1 West and follow toward Annapolis Royal approximately 13 miles (21 kms). Note the Irving gas station on the right, and just before the station turn right onto Parker Mountain Road. Follow this road up and over the hill to the STOP sign. When you are done admiring the view, turn left onto the Shore Road and the campground entrance is 400 feet ahead on your right.

From the South/West: (Yarmouth, French Shore, Brier Island, Digby)
From Southwestern Nova Scotia follow Highway Route 101 East to the Annapolis Royal exit (#22). Turn right at the bottom of the exit ramp and follow Route 8 into Annapolis Royal. Turn right at the full traffic light in town (not the flashing light) onto Route 1 East. Travel over the causeway and past the Tidal Power plant on your right. About 1.5 (2 kms) miles further on Route 1 you will see the Irving gas station on your left. Just after the gas station turn left onto Parker Mountain Road, and follow up and over the hill to the STOP sign. When you are done admiring the view, turn left onto the Shore Road and the campground entrance is 400 feet ahead on your right.

From the South Shore: (Peggy's Cove, Lunenberg, Mahone Bay, Bridgewater)
From the Atlantic coast of Nova Scotia, follow Route 8 North across the province into Annapolis Royal. Turn right at the full traffic light in town (not the flashing light) onto Route 1 east. Travel over the causeway and past the Tidal Power plant on your right. About 1.5 miles (2 kms) further on Route 1 you will see the Irving gas station on your left. If you are traveling on the ferry from St. John, New Brunswick or from Portland, Maine - you will be following the directions above from the South/West Yarmouth/Digby area.
